Yes, all the Azor Hotel rooms have a sea view.

The Double room has a total area of 35m², the Suite has a total area of 78m², the Family room has a total area of 77m².

 

What is the maximum occupancy for each room type available at the hotel?

The Double room and the Suite have a maximum capacity for 3 people. The Family room has a maximum capacity for 6 people.

 

Is it possible to add an extra bed or cot in the rooms?

Yes, it is possible to add an extra bed or a baby cot in the rooms, subject to availability.

 

Is it possible to request irons, hair dryers or pool towels?

Yes, it is possible to request irons and pool towels. A hairdryer is available in each room at the Hotel.

 

Are there bathrobes in the rooms?        

All our rooms are equipped with bathrobes for our guests.

What is the best way to get to the hotel from the airport? Is there a shuttle/transfer?

We don’t have a shuttle service, but we can arrange a taxi service for the date and time that you wish. It has a cost of 20€ and the driver, from our trust will be waiting for you on the airport arrivals with a your name on a sign.

 

What are the check-in and check-out times at the hotel?             

Check-in starts at 3pm and check-out should be done until noon.

 

Are early check-ins and late check-outs available at the hotel?

Early check-in and late check-out are dependent on room availability. The only way to guarantee early check-in is to book the night before. If early check-in and late check-out are not possible, we will be happy to store your luggage at the hotel until the time you wish.

 

At what times is breakfast served?        

The buffet breakfast is available between 7:30am and 11am. However, continental breakfast is available 24 hours a day.

From 9am to 9pm.

 

What are the opening hours of the restaurant À TERRA?

Lunch time at À TERRA restaurant is from 12:30pm to 3:30pm and dinner time from 7:30pm to 10:00pm.

What is the price of breakfast if it is not included in my rate?

Most of our rates already include breakfast, however, if you wish to purchase it on arrival, the price is 18€ per adult.

 

What are the dining options at the hotel?

We have a restaurant, a cheese corner, a bar and through the room service menu. Please check our website for more details.

 

Is there a grocery store in the hotel?

We have a small lobby market in the hotel where you can find Costa Nova dishware and cutlery, as well as local products.

 

Are cots and children's highchairs provided by the hotel?

Cots and chairs are subject to availability and free of charge. Please indicate in your booking that you will require any of these items.

 

Is it possible to upgrade the meal board basis directly at the hotel?

Yes, you can upgrade your board basis with an additional cost.

 

Are drinks included in the half board?

Yes, sparkling and still water, coffee, tea and infusions.

 

Is it possible for all-inclusive guests to order take away meals?

No, it is not possible.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron and cash. Please note that payments done through paychecks are not valid.              

 

What are the restaurant opening hours?

The restaurant has three shifts per day, from 7:30am to 11am for breakfast, from 12:30pm to 3pm for lunch and from 7:30pm to 10:30pm for dinner.

 

Can half-board guests swap dinner for lunch?

Yes, but it is subject to prior notice at reception or at the restaurant. The exchange is only applicable for the same day (Ex: exchange dinner on day 1 for lunch on day 1, not the exchange of dinner on day 1 for lunch on day 2).

 

Can guests on half-board and who are intolerant to gluten or wheat get a special menu?

On the restaurant menu we have some pre-defined dishes to cater for special diets, however upon prior notice the Hotel may find solutions for guests with special dietary needs.

 

How can guests make a reservation at the restaurant?

BAR                    

What are the bar's opening hours?

The bar opens at 11am and closes at midnight on weekdays and at 1am during the weekend.

 

How can I access the bar?

The bar is located on the 7th floor and can be accessed via the panoramic lift on the west side (with exit to terrace), or by the main lifts. The entrance is located at the end of the bedroom corridor on the same floor.

Guest access/ Room corridor - the bar has an exclusive entrance for guests on the 7th floor corridor through a door with a special one-button mechanism to open it.

 

Does the bar serve meals? At what times?         

The bar has a light meal menu, available from 12:30pm to 10pm.

 

What methods of payment are accepted?

We accept ATM, Visa, MasterCard (MBWAY), debit to the room and cash.

 

Can I smoke in the bar?

The bar has an outdoor space suitable for smokers with ashtrays available, however smoking is prohibited inside the bar.

 

Can I buy a bottle of a white drink at the bar?

All bottles of white drinks can be sold as a whole for a price per bottle.

 

How can I access the outdoor swimming pool? 

The swimming pool is located on the 7th floor, in the terrace of the bar. You can use it even after the bar is closed. To access it, you have to use the panoramic lift on the west side, which is present on all floors.

 

Where can I find towels for the pool?

You can find towels for the pool at the bar or at reception.

 

Does the pool area have changing rooms?

The pool/bar area only has 3 WC's and a shower at the pool entrance.

 

What is the temperature of the pool?

The pool temperature varies between 16° and 18°.
